Scottish Book Trust asked O Street to help them find a voice for their annual celebration of reading and writing, Book Week Scotland.
Scottish Book Trust has been transforming lives for 21 years. They inspire all ages and walks of life to come together in libraries, schools and community venues, sharing the joy of books and reading.
The campaign theme for Book Week Scotland this year was ‘Blether’, Scottish vernacular for chatting away. So we developed a hero illustration around the theme of conversation and talking stories.
We illustrated a range of posters and posts to highlight the colourful community of characters the festival pulls together.
Scotland’s finest authors, poets, playwrights and storytellers bring the packed programme of events and projects to life. We aimed to match that creative energy through playful animations and posts for Book Week Scotland to share on social media.
